Le Pois Penché has been catering events for our loyal guests since 2007. Our outstanding raw bar, seafood, and Parisian tartare stations are a familiar presence at the city’s biggest social and philanthropic happenings. LPP’s Elite Catering Services was recently established to serve our most discerning customers, whose luxurious occasions, at home or at work, demand nothing but the best. Hosted by our maître d’ and prepared in person by our executive chef, Josserand Valiquette, these feasts feature luscious small bites and creative sharing dishes, beautifully displayed and showcasing some of the finest ingredients in the world.
At the request of our clients, everything is possible. We source Japanese Kobe beef, premium Canadian caviar, Quebec snow crab, Périgord truffles, Kamouraska lamb, seasonal Atlantic and Pacific oysters, the absolutely best local and imported fish and seafood available, and anything else you may desire.
For these precious events, our recipes often combine our French roots with international flavors. Chef Valiquette, at the helm of Le Pois Penché’s kitchen since 2011, enriched his culinary skills in Thailand and devoted time training at fine dining kaiseki restaurants in Japan. Our Elite Catering menus bring to your table an original synergy of French gastronomy, global influences, uncompromising ingredients, exceptional wines and spirits, and meticulous, warm hospitality.
